You can file a support request by clicking on "Request Support" above, if you are a support administrator on a Super-Visions Support contract or are within the complementary support period for select products.

You can log in to view your support requests.

 

Severity Severity Description
Emergency Unavailability of any subsystem or the entire system under management. Excluded is unavailability due to server or LAN-related issues.
High Any subsystem or the entire system under management are available, but major functions are unavailable. Major function unavailabilities are :
- empty screens or graphs
- erreanous data on screens or graphs
- incoherent network data provided by different subsystems
- major database issues (no more updates possible, etc.)
Medium Any subsystem or the entire system under management and major functions are available, but minor functions are unavailable. Examples are :
- presentation issues on screens/graphs
- etc.
